Prabuddh—meaning "Awakened" or "Enlightened"—is a thoughtfully designed program that empowers college students to build emotional resilience and navigate the digital world with clarity and confidence. Combining mental wellness tools with digital awareness, the program addresses challenges like cyberbullying, digital fatigue, and identity anxiety. Through expert-led sessions, group discussions, and resilience-building exercises, Prabuddh fosters a balanced, mindful, and informed approach to both online life and inner wellbeing.

Manbal
Manbal—translated as “Strength of the Mind”—is a holistic program for women in underserved communities. It integrates financial literacy, skill-building, and emotional support to help participants achieve both economic independence and psychological strength. With peer groups, mental health counseling, and pathways to self-reliance, Manbal empowers women to rise with courage, dignity, and lasting resilience.

ManPrerna
Manprerna—meaning "Inspiration for the Mind"—is a school-based program designed to foster emotional resilience, mindfulness, and early leadership qualities in children. Through engaging workshops, creative expression, and group activities, students learn to manage stress, build empathy, and develop confidence. A key focus is on nurturing self-leadership, helping young minds make thoughtful decisions, communicate effectively, and grow into emotionally strong future leaders.
